Sunday Worship at Zion
There's a Place for You Here.
Whether you've worshiped all your life, haven't been to church in years, or are simply curious, you're welcome at Zion. Join us Sunday mornings as we gather for worship, Scripture, music, Holy Communion and community.
You Are Welcome
Come as You Are
You don't need to be Lutheran—or even familiar with church—to worship with us at Zion. Maybe you've been part of a church your entire life. Maybe it's been years since you've attended. Maybe you've never been inside a Lutheran church and aren't quite sure what to expect. That's okay.
Come dressed comfortably. Come by yourself or bring your family. Bring your questions, your doubts, your faith, or simply your curiosity. We won't single you out, and you don't need to know the prayers, hymns, or when to stand and sit before you come.
Traditional Worship
Lutheran worship with Scripture, preaching, hymns, organ, choir and Holy Communion.
Easy to Follow
The entire service is printed in your bulletin, and the pastor guides the congregation when to stand or sit.
Relaxed & Welcoming
Dress comfortably, sit wherever you like, and join in as much—or as little—as you feel comfortable.
Planning Your Visit
Your First Sunday
Arriving around 8:45 a.m. gives you plenty of time to park, come inside, receive a bulletin and find a seat before worship begins at 9:00. Sunday mornings are relaxed, with conversation and an organ prelude before worship.
After the service, you're invited to stay for coffee, light snacks and conversation. Visitors are always welcome.
First Sunday Quick Guide
Children & Families
Children Belong Here, Too.
Children are always welcome in worship. Activity kits are available for children who remain in the sanctuary, and families are welcome to worship together for the entire service.
Children age five and younger may also participate in our optional Children's Church after the Scripture readings. They enjoy Bible stories, prayer, activities and crafts with adult leaders who have completed required child-safety clearances.
Children return to the sanctuary for Holy Communion. Visiting children are welcome to participate, and parents may check in at any time.

The Lord's Table
Holy Communion
All are welcome at the Lord's Table.
Communion is normally celebrated every Sunday. We receive standing and offer bread, individual cups of wine and white grape juice. Children are welcome to receive, and those who prefer may come forward for a blessing.
Communion can also be brought to anyone who is unable to come forward. If you're visiting, simply follow those around you—we'll help you along the way.
Worship Online
Worship With Us Wherever You Are
Every Sunday worship service is livestreamed on Facebook, normally beginning a few minutes after 9:00 a.m. Our bulletin is usually posted by Friday afternoon so you can follow the service from home. Previous services are also available on Facebook and YouTube.
